This past Sunday was Cynthia's birthday and it coincided with a visit from Tia Lilian. In the morning we went to the Urban Market and I found some great decorative items for the house.

Afterward we went to Discovery Green to have lunch and let the kiddos play. Once we returned home we all feasted on the most delicious raspberry chocolate mousse cake. After the chocolate coma all the ladies went to get their nails done while dad stayed with Kennedy and Ethan. It was a wonderful day of shopping, celebration and pampering.

Mother's Day 2011

Mother's day was a wonderful day. We started out our day with church followed by lunch at the house. Mom, Cynthia, and Ethan joined us. We ate outside and later we got into the pool and cooled off. The day ended with my feet up and a little ice cream.

I'm thankful to have been blessed with a wonderful mother and also the opportunity to be a mother myself. Its been such a blessing even though motherhood has its rough days its so worth it. I hope everyone enjoyed their Mother's Day.
